Bailey is a Co-Founder at Aegis Trade Law LLC. Her primary focus is designing and implementing cutting-edge international trade compliance programs for commercial space clients. Additionally, she helps clients to develop effective, long-term regulatory strategies to take them from incorporation to successful mission execution. Bailey’s experience in building compliance programs stems from working as in-house counsel for Tier 1 defense contractors and pursuit of regulatory reform across the board. She is passionate about her work with the space industry and offering top notch legal and regulatory expertise to startups at a cost-effective rate. In addition to working for Aegis, Bailey is also an instructor for the Export Compliance Training Institute, where she teaches a hands-on curriculum to practitioners across industries.
