Will has served as regulatory and corporate counsel for a variety of satellite and space operators, working on regulatory issues related to Non-Geostationary and Geostationary satellite systems as well New Space matters. He has focused on spectrum and orbital safety issues, working primarily before the FCC to support his clients’ licensing and policy objectives. Will’s work has also led him to work on space and spectrum issues with a number of other government agencies including the NTIA, NASA, NOAA, the Office of Space Commerce, and branches of the DoD.
Will is admitted to practice law in Maryland and has his J.D. from the Washington College of Law at American University. Will lives in the DC area with his wife, two kids and two cats.
